- Glycerin: A humectant that attracts and retains moisture in the skin and helps prevent dehydration and lipid barrier imbalance that could contribute to premature skin aging and signs of irritation.
- Hyaluronic Acid (sodium Hyaluronate): A sugar of the glycosaminoglycan family, substances that hold water in the skin and are our skin's natural moisturizers and work much better that occlusive moisturizers and like petrolatum which artificially slow the loss of moisture from skin and give the skin a temporary appearance of plumpness and fullness.
